We structure the GC selection process, lead preconstruction alignment, and ensure the contractor clearly understands the project’s objectives, documents, and performance expectations. During construction, we provide disciplined oversight of progress and quality, surface risks early, and maintain clear accountability between the field and the owner.

We work with all specialty consultants involved in the project — including geotechnical engineers, structural special inspectors, envelope and environmental consultants, testing firms, LEED specialists, and utility providers. We align their scope with project objectives, review proposals and deliverables with discipline, and integrate their work into a cohesive structure so the owner receives consistent, high-quality support throughout the project.
