Who we coordinate

  • We represent the owner in every aspect of the project. We work directly with you to understand your goals and priorities, carrying them forward through design, permitting, procurement, and construction.

    Whether you prefer to stay hands-on or rely on us to manage day-to-day details, we serve as your steady point of control—coordinating communication, organizing the process, and keeping every party aligned so your project moves forward with confidence and minimal burden.

  • We collaborate closely with architects and designers throughout planning and design. We review drawings, track design decisions, guide constructability, and keep cost and functionality aligned with the owner’s goals. We also manage permitting, monitor design progress, and ensure the team stays coordinated and on schedule.

  • We support the GC selection process, facilitate preconstruction coordination, and ensure the contractor fully understands the project’s goals, documents, and expectations. During construction, we monitor progress, track quality, mitigate issues early, and help maintain a productive relationship between the field and the owner.

  • We work with all specialty consultants involved in the project — including geotechnical engineers, structural special inspectors, envelope and environmental consultants, testing firms, LEED specialists, and utility providers. We coordinate their input, review proposals and deliverables, and integrate their work seamlessly so the owner receives consistent, high-quality support across the project.

  • We interface with county and state agencies, utilities, and permitting authorities to keep the project moving. Our job is to streamline communication, anticipate approval requirements, and help resolve issues quickly so the owner, design team, and contractor can maintain momentum.
