Meet the Founder
jason springer
Jason brings over 15 years of experience managing complex construction projects on both the general contractor and owner’s-rep side. His career spans Oregon and Hawai‘i and is supported by a Construction Engineering Management degree from Oregon State University (2007). He is also a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), a credential held by a select group of construction professionals.
He has led complex public, commercial, industrial, multifamily, and high-end residential projects — giving owners confidence that critical decisions are made with experience and accountability.
Outside the office, Jason is a surfer, Brazilian jiu-jitsu purple belt, and lifelong woodworker and craftsman — hobbies that keeps him connected to the craft side of construction. Most importantly, he is a devoted husband and father to two young children. His faith and family are the foundation of his life and shape the way he leads, serves, and strives to bring integrity, humility, and excellence into every relationship and project. He is proud to call Maui home.
