Meet the Founder
jason springer
Jason brings 20 years of experience managing complex construction projects on both the general contractor and owner's-rep side. His career spans Oregon and Hawai'i, supported by a Construction Engineering Management degree from Oregon State University (2007) and a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential, held by only a small group of construction professionals in Hawai'i.
He has led complex commercial, industrial, multifamily, and high-end residential projects, giving owners confidence that critical decisions are made with experience and accountability.
Outside the office, Jason is a surfer, Brazilian jiu-jitsu purple belt, and lifelong woodworker, hobbies that keep him connected to the craft side of construction.
Most importantly, he is a devoted husband and father to two young children. His faith and family are the foundation of his life and shape how he leads and serves. He is proud to call Maui home.
